Refund policy

Returns:

All products are made to order for you, therefore, no returns and/or exchanges.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Items may be exchanged for the correct item, ONLY if the color, design, and/or size is incorrect as verified by the original receipt.

Elite DeJure must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item, and the item must be unopened and in original condition. This will be verified by our distribution center before an exchange can be processed.
